HOME MARKETING SPECIALISTS™

KEEPING UP WITH TAOS & ANGEL FIRE

Presented by: The Walking Rain Group

 Greetings,

We are in the midst of transitioning from Fall to Winter, and are seeing a drop in listings globally. The market is cooling off to the point that Taos, NM reached a balanced market this past October. That means that the supply and demand of homes are about the same. This is normal as we move into Winter and prepare for the Spring market. Although everywhere is seeing a decrease in activity, Angel Fire on the other hand is still on the wave of a strong seller's market. Demand is still high and seller's are still selling for over asking price.

Contact one of us today to discuss Northern New Mexico's real estate markets and learn more about current listings in the area. We are here to assist you in your real estate needs and are more than happy to guide you in the right direction.

Did you know that Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties have 13 offices running along the Rocky Mountains? If you are curious about the real estate markets in any of these areas, let me be your guide and refer you to the appropriate agent!
